Online Returns Policy

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be returned in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt attached
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
• Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
• We do not accept returns of bodysuits

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-Slaytrack items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.

Return method: Please use PostNet to return the items. We only accept returns via PostNet Meadowdale (Shop 23 Meadowdale Value City Cnr. Hyperama Link &, Herman St, Meadowdale, Germiston, 1610). The delivery contact number should be 063 994 6832. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning items.
